This set of screenshots will demonstrate the feature of adding/ editing a schedule in your application. Schedules are used to maintain the working hours of an organization. This helps in calculating the overdue hours a ticket could go into thereby enabling mails to be sent to the corresponding departments informing them of this lapse.
Enter a name for the Schedule. Select the 'Start Time' of the working hours of your organization. Similarly you can also select the 'End Time' of your working hours from the drop down list for that day or successive day thereby effectively setting your working hours.
The holiday list functionality is also included here as it facilitates a more accurate calculation on the scheduler. Holidays are skipped when jobs are to be scheduled thereby providing an accurate hourly scheduling of jobs.
