Architecture

This robust application has been built using 3 tier architecture in which the user interface, business rules, data storage and data access have been developed and maintained as independent modules.

Apart from the usual advantages of modular software with well defined interfaces, the three-tier architecture is intended to allow any of the three tiers to be upgraded or replaced independently thereby improvisation of the product can be speedily done.

This robust software was built using the latest technologies developed by Microsoft thereby increasing the overall efficiency in security and transfer of data. The rugged SQL server 2000 has been used as the database. The latest software development tools created by Microsoft have been utilized for this purpose. SupportSuite has one of the easiest and most intuitive user interfaces ever created. Its unique set of features include variable themes, rich text icons and much much more. The software has been built using ASP.net 2.0 on the latest dot net framework 2.0. C# was used to code this product.
